Dear HEISC listserv(s) Subscribers,

I’m writing to let you know that new participation guidelines governing EDUCAUSE community group lists have been
released.

Please review the revised guidelines
here<https://nam11.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.educause.edu%2Fcommunity%2Fcommunity-group-participation-guidelines&data=04%7C01%7C%7C9030579c8c404535d03a08d8fdd0c139%7Cdd4b037fe626495db0170cc0f7dddb37%7C0%7C0%7C637538420319812717%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=pQWQe0InRRPNe4EWwsI9uJcDO9R986FbqXwj4t640%2Fs%3D&reserved=0>,
since all subscribers to this list are expected to follow them. Changes include clarification on expectations of
proper use of this list and, of course, potentially improper uses as well. In particular, updated language covers
disclosing conflicts of interest; EDUCAUSE’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; and EDUCAUSE’s
ability to act in response to improper postings.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Brian
