IS Defender stories?

Does anyone have any experience with a company called IS Defender out of St. Augustine, Florida?

They offer a range of services, many of them look like managed services, but there just some nagging oddities about 
them (in my head) and I was curious if anyone had any stories, good or bad, to share? Feel free to send to me directly.
